How to Select Your Plan
- Find your pet type in the Pet Classification Table below
and make a note of the Group Number
- Go to the Plan Table below and locate the Group
in the Pet Classification column
- Choose a plan to siut your budget. Select a
1-, 2- or 3-year plan from within your pet's Group and record the Plan Name from the first column, i.e. "A", "B" or "C" etc.
The plan you select will depend on how much you want to pay per quarter or how quickly you want to pay out the plan.
Once you have selected your Plan, make a note of your Plan Name, the initial payment amount, the number and amount
of the payments and the total amount payable.

Group 2 includes the following:
Small puppies
Cats of all breeds
The following breeds of toy and lap dogs:
Affenpinscher, Australian Terrier, Basenji, Bichon Frise, Boston terrier, Cairn Terrier,
Cavalier King
Charles Spaniel, Chihuahua, Chinese Crested Dog, Dachshund, English Toy Spaniel, Fox Terrier, French
Buldog, Havanese, Italian Greyhound, JAck Russell Terrier, Japamese Chin, Japanese Spitz, Klein German
Spitz, Lhasa Apso, Maltese Terrier, Mexican Hairless, Miniature Collie (small), Norfolf Terrier, Pappilon,
Piningese, Pommeranian, Poodle (Toy), Pug, Schipperke, Scottish Terrier, Shetland Sheepdog, Shih Tzu,

American Water Spaniel, Basset Hound, Beagle, Blue Cattle Dog, Border Collie, Brittany, Bulldog, Clumber
Spaniel,Cocker Spaniel, Field Spaniel, Harrier, Ibizan Hound, Keeshond, Kelpie, Norwegian Elkhound,
Standard Schnauzer, Sussex Spaniel, Vizzia, Welsh Springer Spaniel and similar breeds.

Alsatian, Basenji, Belgian Sheepdog, Belgian Tervuren, Bloodhound, Borzoi, Boxer,
Bullmastiff, Bull Terrier, Chow Chow, Collie, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Foxhound, English Setter, German
Pointers, German Shepherd, Giant Schnauzer, Golden Retriever, Golden Setter, Greyhound, Hisky, Irish Setter,
Komondor, Labrador, Malamute, Malinois, Old Ehglish Sheepdog, Pharoah Hound, Rhodesian Ridgeback,
